Paella (seafood, meat and vegetarian speciality paellas)
Calamares (squid rings with alioli)
Boquerones (deep fried little sprats/whitebait)
Albondigas (Spanish meatballs in rich tomato sauce)
Chorizo con pimientos (fried chorizo sausage with bell peppers)
Gambas al pil pil (Sautéed king prawns with garlic and hot chillies)
Patatas bravas (fried/sautéed potatoes with hot tomato & chilli sauce)
Tortilla Española (Spanish omelette)
Champiñones (mushrooms tossed in garlic oil)
Ensalada del Toro (Mixed salad with boiled egg, asparagus and olives and sweetcorn)
Ensalada Rusa (Spanish style potato salad with vegetables, tuna and mayonnaise)
Marinated green olives
Crusty bread with dipping oil and balsamic vinegar
